The Hines Glob­al Income Trust Audit Com­mit­tee has select­ed Ethic­s­Point, an inde­pen­dent ser­vice, to pro­vide a con­fi­den­tial, anony­mous way to report eth­i­cal, legal or pol­i­cy violations.

The inde­pen­dent mem­bers of the Company’s Board of Direc­tors have des­ig­nat­ed the Audit Com­mit­tee Chair as the non-man­age­ment direc­tor des­ig­nat­ed to receive com­mu­ni­ca­tions from the stock­hold­ers as well as any con­fi­den­tial, anony­mous sub­mis­sions of com­plaints from employ­ees. The Com­pa­ny will pub­lish notice of any change to the des­ig­na­tion of such direc­tor on this website.
